This course is designed to meet NFPA, OSHA, EPA and ODP standards/guidelines, and the needs of multiple disciplines (Fire, Law Enforcement, EMS, Healthcare Providers, and Public Works) that may be involved with incidents involving hazardous materials or weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
- Haz Mat WMD Operations
This course builds on the materials obtained during the Awareness course and is designed for responders requiring Operational Level Training.
- Meth Drug Lab Awareness
This 4 hour class discusses the effects of methamphetamine on the body, the manufacturing process, user identification, chemicals and equipment identification, drug laws, and officer safety.
- ICS 100
This course provides an introduction to Incident Command Systems (ICS).
- ICS 200
This 12 hour course introduces the participants to the principles associated with ICS.
- ICS 300
This 24 hour course expands on the basic ICS program. More description and detail of the organization and operation of ICS is provided.
- ICS 400
This 20 hour course provides training for senior personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity in a complex incident. The course will provide a review of command and general staff , major and complex incident management, area command, and multi-agency coordination.
- ICS 700
This course is designed to be an introduction to the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
