Mr. Klema is a retired Deputy Sheriff. He has been an instructor for the Ohio State Fire Academy for over 14 years and is nationally recognized as an experienced trainer of all phases of emergency response including ICS, Haz Mat, and Terrorism, and Environmental Law Enforcement.
His extensive experience includes using ICS incidents and events that involved Haz Mat, Law Enforcement Operations, Fire Situations and special events. He maintains a 98% “Excellent” audience rating.
